Delivery Policy 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional 5-10 working days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping  

Please note that all items are sent worldwide as a priority registered letter in their original box in a protective envelope by Hungarian post(MPL ). Deliveries are only possible for physical addresses, but not to P.O. boxes etc. 


Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with the tracking number once your order is shipped.


Customs, Duties and Taxes 

We are not responsible for any customs operations, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Returns and Refund Policy

Within 15 days of receiving your item you can return it for either a full refund or exchange. We require all items be returned in fully brand new condition as it came to you. The parcel remains customer's responsibility until it successfully arrives to us. Return related postage costs are covered by customer.

Processing your return quickly is our priority and a refund / exchange will be done within 2-3 working days after the item is returned to our warehouse.

Damages or losses

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
